I enjoyed the rich breakfast choices and the hotel’s proximity to both the congress center and old town. Staff went above and beyond to assist with warming up my leftovers.

The hotel and room were beautiful, especially Room 301 with its lovely balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what I got.

Location is fantastic—just a short walk to Old Town and many great restaurants. The staff were helpful, made me feel welcome, and were always available when I needed assistance. However, more presence from the staff would have enhanced my experience. I noticed there were times where I could have used assistance, but it took a while to find someone. It would also help if they provided a bit more information about amenities. The dining options nearby are excellent, but having room service would be a nice addition. Besides that, a great place to stay, especially for exploring the area.
